Private terrace. Garden shared with the owners. Contemporary house located on the heights of Novalaise, 800 m from the market town. Spacious and very well equipped cottage, with a beautiful living room; access to the terrace is from the bedroom. Tiered grounds with lounge chairs under the trees. Reasoned mowing of the grass to preserve the biodiversity of the land. Parking in the property.
