So bad I don't know where to start. I booked 4 nights.....have a bad leg....bed was so low, I couldn't get out without help pulling me up......the shower tub was so high I couldn't get it! Extremely dangerous.... No handles or rails....absolutely a disaster...went to the front desk....the pitiful Asian gal was no help at all.....asked for a different room, even to be downgraded from the premium room to a lesser one but no help at all! WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
Room 4203 is located outside the hotel. Need to walk on the street to reach an annex building without any staff. No telephone in the room. I feel that I am victim of a scam. I paid 100 usd but it does not worth it. No Next time I will book a room on internet, I will not use orbitz
