staffs were wonderful. BUT the room can be more guest friendly Full control of lighting only from one bedside(twin room). No response on intercom when first arrived at the parking gate,necessary to open the roller gate. No response from "operator, receptionist" or any human contact when dialling from the bedroom phone, when further information is needed apart from the QR codes. bathroom Sanitary plastic bag holder empty. provision of slippers would be appreciated.

This is a great hotel in a really convenient location. The rooms are large airy and well appointed and beds comfortable and clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Many many good points but..' ...it's all about details - room service quality is the worst I've ever experienced
