The lounge is bright as there are large windows offering views of the historic builds and letting in lots of light. It is a great space for unwinding after work, resting your feet after a day of attractions or shopping or even getting ready for an event at the Motorpoint arena or going to the see the cricket.

There is a large open plan kitchen to the lounge area which has the following integrated appliances including a Washing machine, dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer, oven; kettle, toaster, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is free FREE WIFI as standard and the flat-screen TV with; Netflix; Amazon TV; Youtube; Catch up Tv and more.

The main bedroom is bright and spacious, with a double bed and crisp white cotton sheets, wardrobe area, a seating/desk area and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area which can sleep 2 people.

Derby Road where the apartment is situated is a main connecting road in and out of the city so provides a wealth of public transport.

You will have access to free secure on site parking for 1 car.

The apartment is perfect for business professionals visiting Nottingham for work, families of up to 6 people (as there is a lift and it is a 1st Floor apartment having a push chair isn’t a problem) or as a group of friends looking to have fun in the City.
