Unloading/loading was difficult as there is no dedicated space for the hotel, so you have to use the the busy city street. The neighborhood is very noisy on the weekends as it's a college town.

Really good location. Friendly and helpful staff. It was clean, the bed was comfy. The tv comes with a chromecast so you can cast your phone which helps. Nespresso pods and twinings tea in the room. Such a ideal location. Right oppositie ncp car park which was tenna for 24hrs. Very convenient. Town centre is on your doorstep, aswell as the castle, plenty of restaurants, a convenient tesco across the way, for any bits. The room looked dated with the worn tables, tv stand and side table. They had scratches and made me feel like i was in a dorm room. Also not keen on a steel sink in the bathroom. Gives it a public bathroom feel - but of course that is my personal preference and was expected for the price we paid.

Great place , central to city centre.

Lovely hotel, excellent service , used the WhatsApp service as we wanted an ice bucket, was with us within 5 mins. Lovely comfy bed and the air-conditioning worked a treat. Usually never properly work in other hotels.

Fab hotel great location!

Check in was straightforward, including the car park instructions which worked perfectly. We asked for two key cards and also opted out of a daily housekeeping service which gave us the option of a free drink voucher or more points onto our Radisson account. Our room was on the seventh floor. It was very spacious with a lovely bathroom including a powerful shower. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the tourist spots. For example, Nottingham castle and city of caves 8 minutes, market square 4 minutes, National Justice Museum 12 minutes. We would highly recommend this hotel due to its location and cleanliness.

Great location and dog friendly

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. We had our dog and was it was lovely to enter our room and see they had set up a little bed for her and 2 bowls for food and water were laid out. Very welcoming. Great location too. Close to everything.

The hotel is very clean i a great spot for the nottingham castle and shops near bars and restaurants parking across road in multistorey stayed here before and will be back again

The hotel was nice. The room was beautiful but freezing cold. Couldn’t sleep due to being so cold .. tried to calm down to reception 3 times no answer. We had to stand in a boiling hot shower to warm back up only to be cold within seconds. We tried to navigate the control unit but said was restricted.

Room was freezing heating system hopeless

I got into the room which was freezing went to reception. They said it would warm up in 30 mins I went for dinner came back room still freezing sat if heavy puffer jacket until 10 and went to bed in my shirt and jumper woke at 4.00am as too hot turned heating off and went back to sleep. Woke at 5.30 freezing turned heating back on and went back to sleep. My colleague had the same problem.
