Never ended up staying. Tried to contact property owner several times in the 4 days prior to check in but no communication whatsoever. At 9.30 on the morning we should have checked in we had the following message ‘Reservation cancelled. Extenuating circumstances.’ We were left seeking alternative accommodation at the very last minute for my daughter’s graduation. All reviews point towards poor management and communication so would strongly advise against booking.

Decent Stay with Issues

The place was okay, yet there was mold in the showers and the water overflowed onto the floor. The bedroom side door didn’t lock (which lead to outside), which was a bit uncomfortable. Multiple attempts were made to the host at addressing this security issue, with no success. A bathroom light was quite dim, making it difficult to get ready. Check-in/out process could be improved - key codes and parking info weren’t provided upfront, had to message the host to get details. Good location, but needs some maintenance.

Good Location but Several Issues and an Unsettling Experience

The place was generally good and well situated for our stay. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The downstairs bathroom had a persistent sewage smell every time we took a shower, which was quite unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was not working at all and did not appear on any of our devices. Despite informing the owner, he only referred us to the modem instructions and did not make any real effort to resolve the issue. Additionally, the thermostat seemed to be locked, and we were unable to adjust the temperature inside the property, which was inconvenient.Most concerning, one morning we were abruptly woken up at 5:00 a.m. by a gentleman who arrived at the property saying, "I've been here before." He showed a message on his phone that I briefly saw, which read "hey babe" from an unsaved number. If course, it could have been a mistake and the host is not to blame, but this unexpected visit and the nature of the message made us feel uneasy and raised questions about previous use of the property.Overall, while the location was convenient and the property itself was decent, these issues-especially the early morning disturbance-significantly affected our comfort and peace of mind during the stay.

Great location with teething troubles

Teething troubles and a lack of instructions prevented us from giving better marks. Communication was poor before our stay and at the end. The owner made several visits but seemed to give up at the end. So we couldn't watch TV as we wanted and the second half of our stay was without WiFi. The price was too high for what we got, even if the occupancy was only 2 instead of the potentially largenumbers advertised numbevisianuse
