    Arrivés à 19h30 avec un bébé de 1 an, partis depuis 7h du matin de Marseille on est arrivé à l’accueil pour un appartement de 3 chambres. Et là on nous dit qu’il n’y a pas d’appartement réservé pour nous alors qu’un montant de 711, euros a déjà été prélevé sur mon compte. On s’est retrouvé dehors à Nottingham dans une ville qu’on ne connaissait pas sans hébergement. Ce n’est pas de la faute de cet établissement mais bien de Expedia!!! Et depuis j’attend squ’on me rembourse!!!! Je ne peux faire confiance a Expedia. J’attends toujours le remboursement d’une prestation que je n’ai pas eue. C’est un litige commercial. Le personnel a été gentil de nous indiquer un autre hôtel pour une nuit. Celui ci nous a d’ailleurs trouvé un autre hébergement pour les 5 nuits suivantes. Je suis en colère contre Expedia!!!
