Stella Maris is an exclusive villa on the sea in Lido di Noto, 35 km south of Syracuse. The property boasts a beautiful sea front location and large, well-equipped outdoor areas with jacuzzi, sun terrace and direct access to the sea and its rocky shoreline. This splendid location is less than 200 metres from the lovely sandy beach of Lido di Noto. Set on one level, the house cosy interior includes a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms (one of which is accessed from outside) and three bathrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, 4 TVs, bbq and private parking. Ideal solution for relaxing holidays by the sea, Stella Maris is only a few minutes’ drive from Noto and its charming town centre. In this area can also be visited Syracuse, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, the Vendicari and the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserves, the characteristic fishing villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Séjour très agréable et reposant

La vue sur mer est très appréciable. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, sécurisée. Nous avons adoré la terrasse abritée face à la mer, et les chaises longues proches de la mer sont un plus. Accueil et départ très facile. Dommage que l’accès à la mer soit obstrué par les herbes. Ce serait parfait si il était aménagé.
