The BAROCCO flat, on the ground floor, is a three-room flat consisting of living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower. It is ideal for up to 4 people.
Thanks to the thickness of the walls, it is very cool in summer. In any case, it is equipped with double air conditioning and a heat pump.

Nice clean apartment right in the historic center of Noto.Some listed amenities listed were not available and the information was not shared prior to our arrival. For example, there was no functional washing machine (definitely listed at the time of booking and still at the time of check in) and parking is hardly available (very limited number of spaces on very narrow streets that are hard to navigate with anything other than a compact car).Self check in instructions were only communicated after we got to the apartment.Be aware that the apartment is located on a paved street that makes all vehicles super loud. You will be awaken throughout the night of you are a light sleeper.

La posizione è uno dei principali punti di forza: in pieno centro, a pochi passi dal Duomo, è ideale per visitare Noto a piedi. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. La comunicazione con l’host, pur avvenendo sempre da remoto, è stata semplice e veloce, con grande disponibilità ad accontentare ogni nostra esigenza. Tra gli aspetti da migliorare, la casa è piuttosto buia, umida e rumorosa per il passaggio delle auto. Inoltre, per la posizione centrale e la strada di accesso molto stretta, non è possibile parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze. La pulizia potrebbe essere più approfondita: forte odore di umidità e frigorifero con molto ghiaccio. Da migliorare anche il servizio di lavanderia: un lenzuolo presentava una bruciatura di sigaretta e, dopo la pronta sostituzione, quello pulito aveva un evidente alone nero, probabilmente una vecchia macchia o una bruciatura da stiratura. Consiglierei di valutare un cambio di lavanderia. Abbiamo inoltre scoperto solo all’arrivo che un problema proveniente dalla proprietà soprastante aveva causato macchie di umidità nel bagno, con distacchi e cadute di vernice e piccole parti di intonaco durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso, soggiorno discreto: ottima posizione, buon prezzo e host molto disponibile, ma servono maggiore cura della pulizia e interventi di manutenzione, soprattutto per l’umidità.
