Surrounded by an extensive garden with olive trees, herbs and ornamental plants – also containing an original safari lodge tent with games room (billiards, foosball and ping-pong) – Villa Agnese boasts a large private pool with hydromassage corner, ideal for cooling down and spending pleasant moments of relaxation in total privacy. The house, spread across a single level, has interiors with a refined and contemporary design. These comfortable and welcoming spaces include a bright living area, a living room with TV, a veranda with dining area, a modern kitchen, 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, 1 bedroom with French bed and bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with Wi-Fi, 4 TVs, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, an Espresso machine and American coffee maker and ice machine plus private parking. Villa Agnese is the ideal starting point to easily drive to the nearby historic village of Noto and other charming baroque towns of Syracuse, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla.
