Cadre similaire au descriptif, en revanche piscine sale (algue au fond), repas moyen et petit-déjeuner minimaliste. Rien à voir avec un hôtel 4 étoiles, le Spa on nous en a jamais parlé. Réceptionniste froide et pas serviable. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale (on nous a donné une chambre simple), si nous n'avions rien dit l'hôtel n'aurait rien changé. On a quand même dû passer la nuit dans cette petite chambre. Si je n'avais rien réclamé, ils n'auraient fait aucun geste ni aucun changement. Les seuls points positifs sont la propreté de la chambre, la chambre familiale (espace) et la gentillesse du monsieur au service du petit-déjeuner. Nous ne le recommandons pas.

The pictures of the rooms are very photoshoped. Romes are clean, but rundowned and suffer off water damage or something like it.... the stuff was OK, nothing special. The guy in the breakfast restaurant was nice. Pool is amazing, but requires cleaning. Spa was the most strange experience - nobody was there, but one girl that was doing the massages as well as managing the place??? It was not very clean or relaxing, not very clear what was the purpose of half of the facilities... Location of the hotel requires having a car and using it - for us it was not an issue. Although - one should take under consideration that going to dinner in Noto will include a 20 min/ drive. In general - not sure what are they trying to make there - it is nor a resort and its not a rural/rustic vacation.... Will not recommend

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Though the photos of the panoramic rooms may look enticing do NOT be deceived for that is about all they have going of them. We could not even stay the night at this place. Upon walking into the room I was overwhelmed by a extremely strong potent floral cleaning smell, probably used on purpose to cover up the old smell of the room. The bed was old, dingy and hard as a rock. I couldn’t bear to touch the blanket on the bed as it did not look clean. The room looked very old and it is in desperate need of an upgrade. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money as I did here, had to leave and find a new hotel, terrible experience.

It was in a good location to get about easily to Noto and the beaches. Great views from the resort, especially from the balcony in our room. Great place to relax and unwind. There is a steep long walk up to some of the rooms from the main building and swimming pool, some people drive up and down. The menu at the restaurant is also a bit limited, but the food is average but the staff are great.

Great spot for a relaxing trip

My stay at Kallikoros was planned to be a restful one and kind of regret not staying longer! At arrival my only disappointment: my “studio with a view”, that looked great online, was actually 1 mile up a steep road - that I’d have to drive back and forth to use the hotel dependencies (Club house bar, restaurant and pool), not to mention that their spa is actually “off site” - 3 min away. No wine drinking for me!! Everything else is amazing! The pool is heavenly, the food over diner was yummy and the spa was the best surprise. Including a check in discount coupon, my 4 hands, 1h long massage, including sauna, jacuzzi & steam room use cost a small fraction I’d pay for back home. I just melted under their hands! Highly recommended! And if you don’t mind privacy - at the cost of driving uphill - the studios are super pretty.

Fine but watch the owners dog poo

Lovely place in good location and internals v.clean but owners roaming dogs left mess around our Chalet and made lots of noise at night. reception took 36 hrs to have the poo cleared up....not great with kids running about. Some staff very friendly / lovely but most (older folks) indifferent.

A relaxing stay

As an agro turismo property it is part of a farm. The architect that laid out the property did s nice job. The pool is awesome! The view from the room terrace is also great, very peaceful and relaxing. The chairs on the terraces could be replaced since they have reached end of life. Since the hotel is on a hill don’t assume the walk from the pool/restaurant to your room is flat. Wi-Fi worked only in public areas not room, for us great not everyone glued to their device! Restaurant is good.

We were in room 204 which required a walk uphill to a property approx. 500 meters from reception, an elderly person would struggle without transportation. It poured down and there were no umbrellas to borrow. In view of the distance from the main facilities there should have been tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. The views however were amazing. The restaurant and the staff are very accommodating kind and very helpful. The meals at lunch and dinner were superb served by really lovely staff. The dining room is beautiful. The stray animals adopted by the resort add a certain charm typical of Sicily. Wonderful rows upon rows of orange and lemon trees throughout the resort. They allowed us to check in early which was really welcome and considerate. Additionally they allowed us to leave our room an hour later than normal so we could wait out the rain before we left on our motorbike. Would definitely recommend this resort to others, but if your not prepared for a hike to your rooms make sure you ask for a room nearer the main facilities.

Fantastic hotel in the countryside

Great hotel in the countryside - but still only about a 20 min drive to Noto! Rooms are big and spacious and good air con. Pool is big and lots of sun beds and umbrellas! Breakfast is good although feels like it has run out by 9:15am (finishes at 10). Restaurant is great - not too expensive :)

Commuting by car from the room to breakfast

It was overall disappointing. The distance from Noto is almost double as much as indicated. We took a panoramic room, but on your website there was no mention of the fact that you need to take the car to go to breakfast, so we ended up brushing our teeth in the restaurant washrooms. The room itself is quite small. In a word, I think the place is overrated, it certainly has one star too many. I wouldn't recommend it.

Nice setting but terrible food

Located in a very beautofil spot, this hotel offers clean rooms and outside pool. Stay away from the canteen food, which was really bad by Italian standards. Relatively pricey given the basic accomodation.

Excellent, lovely location, clean, friendly staff

I cannot recommend this property enough. The location is idyllic, the pool area is phenomenal and above all, all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and will try and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our two year old son had a ball playing with the dogs and cats on the property. The breakfast is nice and varied and dinner at the hotel was also nice.

Very nice hotel/resort. Too easy to stay there and not move as the food was nice, the service good, nice scenery, great pool. Easy location for visiting nearby Noto, Syracuse, Modica, etc though need a GPS to find the hotel.
