Lovely home and Yessi was very responsive. The bedrooms had air conditioning and were nice and cool. The rest of the house does not so be prepared to be a bit warm. The balcony is a beautiful place to sit and read and enjoy all the wildlife--birds, monkeys, iguanas, etc. The caretaker, Isabel, was incredibly helpful; she came to clean the house most days. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for accuracy is due to the fact that we did not have access to the washer and dryer; Isabel laundered our clothes in the machines on the property. We only traveled with carry-on luggage and the lack of flexibility was a bit challenging with all our activities. I also recommend instructions on which road to use to get to the property. One of the roads had very deep potholes and damaged the bottom of our 4x4 rental. You can only reach this property with a sturdy vehicle. We rented ATVs while there to get back and forth to Guiones. You can walk but only if you are comfortable walking on the busy road for about a half a mile. The house is very private and quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped, we cooked many nights. The grill was also great. This is a great area and nice hosts!
