Casa Cinnamon is a modern two-bedroom condo located in the peaceful Arco Iris Condominiums of Esperanza. Guests enjoy access to a large shared pool and tennis courts within this well-kept community. The condo offers comfort and convenience for travelers seeking a tranquil setting close to Nosara’s beaches.
Note: There is currently construction nearby, with permitted hours from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.

Casa Cinnamon sits in the Arco Iris Condominiums, conveniently located between two beautiful beaches. Playa Garza lies just to the south—a calm, shaded beach perfect for swimming—while Playa Guiones, known for its world-class surf, is less than a 10-minute drive north.
LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT
Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.
If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.
These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.
SAFETY & CANCELLATION
While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.
Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.
Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
