The hotel is updated and looks nice. The bed was comfortable and things all looked clean. Breakfast was good, too!
Staff was incredibly polite, helpful and accommodating with all of our needs. We travel often and there's usually one issue with hotel - either with the amenities or the staff or the comfort of the beds, but we had ZERO issues here. The breakfast selection was probably the best we've ever seen...they had it all!! It was impressive! Price for this hotel was great! Will definitely go back if we travel that way!
We selected this hotel for a short weekend trip to Chicago. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast was plentiful and room was clean. I recommend this hotel.
The hotel was very clean and very quiet. It was a packed parking lot so I assumed it would be extremely noisy but we didn't hear a sound in our room. We were in town for a concert@ The Horseshoe. The commute to the venue wasn't bad at all. I'd would stay again!
Friday night stay for Saturday museum trip with two kids. Free wifi and free breakfast and free parking made this a great value. Very close to highway, so it was easy to find, but nestled among other hotels, it felt like a safe area. (Road noise is audible but slept fine.) Staff was friendly and professional, but missing from front desk when we arrived late (was helping guests who arrived prior to us). Minus: Obtz website and hotel both charged my card, but hotel credited when I notified them. Great value for a family stay.
it was okay for a quick stop but nothing close. Only thing near was a cracker barrel and a bar would
The hotel was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good.
No maid service for 5 day of a 6 night trip. At $140 a night, clean sheet and towels should be provided. Solution after complaint was one free movie. Unacceptable.
Needed a hotel for business trip close to the plant. Hotel was in good location, right off the I-94 freeway. Positive - friendly staff, good size rooms, refrigirator inside rooms, complimentary breakfast. Negative - [...]. Decor very old and outdated, furniture full of scratches, looks very old, bed uncomfortable and noisy, green carpeting stained in several places, as well as inside the elevator. Room smelled of smoke although hotel claims all rooms are non-smoking. Overall, not worth 160 a night rate. I could have stayed in downtown Chicago for less. Will go somewhere else next time.
