This home has 2.5 bathrooms with 2 showers, 1 soaking tub and private water closets. Spend some time in the upstairs den relaxing while watching a movie or listening to music. The outdoor spaces include a private courtyard with a chiminea and grilling porch, a Juliet balcony with seating overlooking the courtyard, a screened porch with ample seating, an outdoor dining porch, and a fire pit with seating for everyone.
