This is a 4 bedroom cottage. Three bedrooms up and 1 down. Each bedroom has two full beds except for the bedroom down stairs which has a queen and full side bed. Each room is hardwoods with a rug between beds along with lamp with USB charging plug.

Living Room, Kitchen, Dinning Area and Basement
The living room has a couch, and several lazy boy chairs. There is a flat screen TV that has HULU Live TV on it. There is also a Two Person Video Game for the Kids entertainment.

The Kitchen a fully equipped just like home and has several setting areas with stools to eat at. There is a separate dinning room for larger groups to eat at.

In the Basement you will find the washer and dryer just bring you own detergent and you are all set.

Exterior Setup
All our cottage have a fire pit with chairs provided. This cottage has a covered parking area to park you UTV's under if needed. We also furnish wood to burn but ask for a donation to help keep things fully stocked up. Also both cottage 1 and 2 are fenced in together with plenty of parking between both cottage but if over run is needed there is a large parking are behind the cottages. All our cottage come with good FLAT parking areas to accommodate trailers, vehicles and UTV's.
