Location, pricing, staff, room- excellent. parking, not so convenient.
good location, walking distance to both train station and most sights, nicely furnished room with mini bar, iron, etc. the service was good and so was the breakfast. overall very good service at a good price.
We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was most helpful, the room was larger than most hotels in England where we have stayed before, and the restaurant was great: good food and reasonable prices.
Very well located with large rooms with nice river views. As usual in England there is not value for money - the breakfast was served as a buffet with soggy scrambled eggs and burned bacon served in a crowded and boring room, the entire hotel needs a good scrubbing and a lick of paint. We booked early for what turned out to be half term fall school break there were no spaces left in the parking garage when we arrived - if we'd known in advance we would have also booked a parking space. Who knew?
