We LOVED our stay, the view from the living room is amazing, the basement with the games kept the kids busy and beyond happy, the beds were comfortable. The only thing I’d recommend is to bring extra blankets, as we didn’t see any and the blankets on the beds were kind of thin which the people who ran hot, loved. We’ll definitely be staying again.

Stayed for a second time - this time with two kids in tow! Great location/ home base to get around and see NH sites. The ping pong table in the basement was a hit and the rooms have a good mix of beds for kids / adults. You can’t get much closer to the downtown (good brew pubs and a great pie / coffee / pastry place).

Wonderful summer vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Townhouse. We enjoyed the house and the amenities. The house was very clean and comfortable and there was so much for the kids to do. They loved the games, especially the arcades. The balcony overlooking the pond was a nice plus. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back again next time!

I had a wonderful stay at this house and would highly recommend it! Everything was great, and although the TV and internet weren’t working, it honestly didn’t matter to us. We came as a group of friends, and our main goal was to spend quality time together. The game room was a huge plus – we used it a lot, and it made the experience even better. Santa’s Village Weekend

The home was perfect!! We took our children and grandchildren for the weekend. The downtown was in walking distance: Resturant’s, river walk, shopping and ice cream for the kids!! The pond at your home made a great adventure for finding baby frogs, salamanders and watching a beautiful crane!! The girls are still talking about it- Thank you!!!
