Absolutely loved staying here with our family (2 and 8yo). It was so cozy and felt like home away from home! Clean, well organized and close to shops, restaurants and skiing, but also tucked high up on a hill to feel secluded with beautiful Mountain View’s! We can’t wait to come back!

This very clearly is property not managed locally. Several problems, most important of which was difficulty getting into house & locking it. Reported all of these & responses quick but not always helpful. We went from door to door, lockbox to lockbox, given multiple codes, inside & outside the garage & that was upon arrival. Didn't get to leave house until after 2 pm on day 2 because we couldn't lock door. More problems after that locking up & getting back in. Handyman (Dave - awesome & helpful guy who fixed things that needed attention) gave us 4-digit code in place of 10-digit code, which made locking & unlocking considerably easier. The place obviously was nice at one time, but clearly lacks ongoing TLC which is sorely needed. The property served the purpose, but was not the dog paradise advertised. Path to brook very steep & house is close to the road & although allegedly 2 acres less than 1/4 acre actually usable, so our dogs' potty breaks were mostly just encircling house rather than venturing a bit farther. I asked about trails, etc. before booking, explaining we have 2 elderly dogs & was not given any indication of these limitations. For these reasons, including almost daily needing something fixed or addressed, we would not return. Here's punch list of what should be handled before new renters come in: plumbing in main bathroom - both shower & sink slow draining, toilet runs continuously. Light bulbs throughout should be checked. Carpets should be cleaned or replaced
