Super convenient to the beach and for a low price (relatively speaking). Easily walkable to the boardwalk. Grills right outside the rooms. Pool was very clean. Plenty of dining options all around, many walkable. Owners were helpful and friendly. It's not new or fancy, but the location is great.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Tub faucet was broken and hard to regulate. Sofa bed smelled of pee, could not sit on it. Sparse , worn furnishings. No a/c in bedroom. Short drapes in bedroom did not cover bottom of window and allow street light in making it hard to sleep. Overpriced for condition.
