Excelente ubicación en un tranquilo vecindario residencial, los alquileres de sat se rentan en este segundo piso, 2 dormitorios, 2 baños de alquiler semanal, pueden acomodar a una pareja, dos parejas o una familia de cuatro personas muy bien. Habitaciones y baños están en los extremos opuestos con familiares que viven en el medio. Cubierta es fuera de la cocina y se ve a la zona boscosa. Los pisos de madera noble, los techos altos, los muebles cómodos y la limpieza impecable con todas las comodidades del hogar. A poca distancia de la playa de la bahía, delicatessen locales y cafetería, oficina de correos, servicio de autobús a la ciudad P. y más. La familia ampliada, visita nuestra reserva 250.021 también tomando reservas de primavera, verano y otoño 3 dormitorios para ambos alquileres en esta época. Se alquila fines de semana o semanas parciales en junio, septiembre y octubre


a pie de playa y mucho más: la playa de almacenamiento en frío está a poca distancia de nuestro alquiler. Es en la bahía y mira hacia el extremo del gancho. Muy bonita y fácil de encontrar, justo al final de nuestra calle. Usted puede obtener un permiso de estacionamiento de la ciudad si no quieres caminar. Las playas del lado del océano, como Jefe de la Pradera y Longnook se encuentran a poca distancia en coche o en bicicleta. Las hermosas playas están aquí en Truro o visitar las playas costa en P. ciudad también estamos cerca de Highland Links Golf, senderos para bicicletas, cuadrado truro norte, donde se puede obtener el servicio de autobús a la pág. ciudad, supermercado local, oficina de correos, etc. barrio tranquilo pero a poca distancia de muchas cosas para su conveniencia. No alquilar y ser atrapado en el medio de la nada. Horas de entrada y usted no tendrá que revisar. Todas las comodidades del hogar. Espero verte en 2018. No fumar, no mascotas

This was a stunning choice. Judy is amazing and so is the property. Beautiful private deck for breakfast ourside. I don't have enough nice things to say. I highly recommend this if you are going to the Ptown area.

Pleasant 2nd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. Owners are nearby and helpful, if needed. Walking distance to a small Bayside beach, close to golf, and restaurants. Unit is clean, air conditioned, and nicely equipped. The location is private and quiet. There is a new gas grill on the property for use. Cable TV and Internet provided too.

Cape Perfection

Perfect location to beaches and all the fun things to do in the upper Cape, which was our focus. Our "home" was so easily located to EVERYTHING. The property manager/owner was very helpful but not "in your face." The 2 Bedrooms/2 Bath home was airy, clean, comfortable and inviting. We did some cooking but mostly ate out. The grounds around the property were pristine and one could tell, there was a lot of love and pride of ownership..as well as sharing. So glad we stayed here.

More than we had hoped for

In terms of both quality of the accommodations, location, and overall value, this was perhaps the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The house was comfortable and nicely appointed (including really nice beds), and the kitchen was well-stocked with almost all the necessary utensils. Also, the back deck is absolutely lovely. The one caveat I would mention is that if anyone in your party has mobility issues, you can only get into the living area by way of a steep set of interior stairs or a shorter set of outside stairs onto that deck and through a sliding glass door. If that's not a problem, this is a great place to stay.

Great Location and Host

Wonderful host (Judy)! Very quick drive to Head of the Meadow, Herring Cove and Race Point Beaches, accessible with a National Seashore pass for $60/year. Good for Marconi and others as well. Bayside Cold Storage Beach a 10-minute fairly hilly walk, or get a Town parking pass for the week at $100. Best at lower tides. High tide doesn't leave that much room from beach to dunes. Nice place for sundowns and by that time no one is checking for passes. Also quick drive to the Wellfleet area and all that comes with it! Beautiful landscaping and plantings and a nice small deck for relaxing. Quiet Mini-Split HVACs in each main room for even temps throughout the apartment. Good TVs and a big fridge. Compact stacked washer dryer hiding in the 2nd bedroom closet. Works great and so convenient! Note, all rooms were well cleaned. Fairly long staircase access from the front, so we drove up the hill to the back for unloading via the deck. Master bedroom suite is separated from the main apartment by a short hallway at top of main stairway, with keyed locks going each way. There is a secure feel to the entire property. Note all kitchen utensils, plates, etc. we needed were there, clean and in good condition. Thanks Judy! Hopefully see you again.

Beautiful beach getaway

A Little Piece of Paradise

The apartment is roomy, sunny and very comfortable. The kitchen is welled equipped and organized. My husband and I were on a working vacation, so we appreciated the amount of space and storage of the bedrooms and living room areas as well as the outdoor deck. Highly recommend Captain’s Choice; it is a great restaurant close by. Judy was a very considerate hostess and added a nice touch to make this place a home away from home. Thank you Judy !

Tucked Away Destination!

Judy, the owner is accommodating and friendly. The upstairs apartment has everything you need and want. Master bedroom with tv, bathroom and couch. The main room has a full kitchen, kitchen table, living room, second bathroom and bedroom. This rental is up to date, clean, with fun decor. It’s on a expansive piece of property, that is beautifully landscaped. Located right down the street from Cold Storage Beach, a general store, and a decent restaurant. Close to Provincetown and Wellfleet. I would highly recommend.

Cozy and comfortable Cape vacation!

My wife and I were quite comfortable staying in this quiet 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom upstairs apartment which (thankfully!) had an air conditioner at either end of the living space, with sufficient fans to keep the heat wave outside! The kitchen was clean & well-stocked, we liked using the gas grill, the bedroom was cozy, the washer and dryer worked nicely and the beautiful bay side beach was only a short walk away. A small organic market was nearby, which was next door to a very good seafood restaurant. The owner lives just across the lawn, and is extremely available if there are any questions or items which might be needed. Thanks, Judy, for a terrific Truro vacation!
