The 3 acre property abuts Truro conservation land allowing for ample walking or biking trail access. The cottage closest to the pond boasts an open family, dining, and kitchen space with split A/C all overlooking the pond. Take advantage of the sliding doors facing the pond and utilize the deck to extend your living space. Down a couple steps find two bedrooms (one water facing) and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for airflow and comfort. In the basement find a game room with a bar and a pool table, ideal for occupying your time on those rainy days. Meander the plant lined path over to the other cottage roughly 150 feet away. Enter this cottage (which has central A/C) from the large deck. There is a full bathroom with a tub just off the kitchen. The large primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub offers direct access to the deck through its own slider. The living room with 30" TV has a pull out sleeper sofa and another set of sliders for deck access. Climb the stairs just off the dining area for access to the cute loft sleeping quarters with a queen sized bed and 20" TV. If relaxation, nature, quiet, and serenity are important attributes for your next vacation, this could be the place for you!
