-Before booking we encourage you to compare our home to others offering same amenities/location in Truro to understand market rates/values of homes in Truro, MA. If you find an equal home of lesser value we will adjust accordingly.

-Lastly we must stress here, that if you are looking for a vacation home for more than 8 guests(children under 10 excluded), or looking to have more than 12 people over during day for the pool, or at nighttime for dinner we are not the home for you. Nor the neighborhood for you. Please please please find the home that can accommodate your wants, needs and desires rather than trying to change the simple guidelines of ours.

-We are gratefully bound by Truro town code, Truro town bylaws, neighborhood association, and most importantly environmental issues. NO AMOUNT of money offered before, during, or after for extra folks will be a solution for you. It will only end in a minimum $1500 additional service fee and immediate police assisted eviction.

-Nest security/safety cameras on driveway, front door, back door, side yard, and pool.

I cannot say enough about Eric as a host and our family's stay at Videre. We felt welcome and home before we even arrived. Eric was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to questions before our trip, and continued t do the same after our arrival. Within in minutes of stepping into the house I felt as if i had arrived "home."
Videre is the kind f place I would love to spend every day with my husband and children.
We experienced the elegance and style of staying in a glamorous vacation rental, but with all the homey comforts that made us feel right at home!
The house, the gardens, the view...all beyond our expectations. And the proximity to the private, gorgeous beach was something that is simply unmatched. Videre has a light and airy feel, with an incredible energy-due in great part to the expansive and brilliantly placed windows throughout the entire home. And I must say, waking up to all the incredible light in the master suite in the morning absolutely refreshed my soul.
I can tell that even in the dead of winter there is light and life to be found at Videre.
From a "livability" standpoint, each bedroom had a FULL bathroom, which made cohabitation with our kids and my mother a breeze. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, and pan I can think of, and was a jot to cook in. The ease of access to Route 6A, 6 and Provincetown, Truro and Welfleet is unbeatable.
I could continue on and on, but words cannot do our stay justice. It was incredible. I absolutely cannot wait to return.

We feel so at home after only a two-day stay! Videre has an incredibly comforting vibe with all the right touches of elegance. I could sit here in the sun room for years to come, taking in the constantly changing vision surrounding us. I feel like I was meant to be here somehow. I believe you must know that feeling well. I can imagine spending many happy days here with my family, and I know that your future guests will too. The only things I would add are a small drink table next to the fantastic chairs in the sunroom (I kept looking for a place to set my coffee while I sat there taking in the light) and a small mat somewhere to put our dog’s food and water bowl. Simple things that would enhance the welcoming and homey feel that you have already cultivated here. I have never been to a place so close to the beach where I felt just as happy to stay at home as I did to be out on the stand. I wish you continued success in your endeavors here! I cannot wait to return. XOXO.
