We loved this location for our first visit to Grand Cayman. Ample parking, the beach front and easy access to other snorkelling areas was key. Comfortable beds, screened in porch was key for meals morning and night, and so many things to make your adventuring easy! Loved meeting people at the pool.

Wonderful accommodations! Beautiful beach and view. We loved the bikes, kayaks, pool, comfortable master bed! A perfect place to stay!! Caz, was so kind and accommodating!

Amazing location. Drove over to seven mile beach one day and between the traffic and the amount of people it was chaotic. It was a pleasure to come back to our place and spend the next day on our quiet beach. The only downside is there are limited places to eat BUT it is an easy 20 min drive to the east side with a TON of delicious options. Caz was great with communication getting back to us quickly through Whatsapp. Highly recommend for any family that is looking for a relaxing vacation spot that feels like a second home.

Caz, the host, was great. He was very responsive to our needs. Before our arrival we asked what kind of coffee maker the condo had. We love a coffee press and he bought one for us.

Family vacation

The condo had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kayaks were especially nice as well as the snorkel gear and beach towels .

Beautiful property. The cove was great for snorkelling and very close to starfish point. peaceful.

Peaceful and relaxing place. Grounds kept well including pool and beach area. Condo was spacious and kitchen well stocked with all the things we needed to cook. Loved the kayaks the owner made available! Overall great place for those who want to unwind away from the hustle and bustle.

Awesome Place

I've stayed on the Rum Point/Cayman Kai side of the island over a dozen times and this location and condo can be found at the top of my list. Having the kayaks was a great bonus to take to Starfish Beach and Rum Point. We plan to come back soon.

My wife and I had a great time at the condo. The place was very clean and had everything a "home" would have. The location was also perfect for us. Plenty of things to do in the area yet still "island quiet" for us to relax and take the scenery in. Thank you

Absolutely amazing place to stay!

We LOVED our week here. Having access to the bikes, kayaks and snorkeling gear was a plus. We bought groceries and had all the kitchen gadgets we needed. It was nice to have Kaibos right next door for dinner and dancing one night. We will be back to this incredible condo. Thank you Chaz!

The condo was wonderful. It was a warm and comfortable space that had everything and anything we could want. Caz was gracious and always ready to help. At times, we couldn’t reach her immediately as she has a job, but she always fixed any issues asap. The pool and hot tub were perfect for us. An added plus were that other guests had children for my 10 year old granddaughter to play with. She left with the email address of a new friend.Our only disappointment was the beach. My focus had been to find a place where we could snorkel and this beach appeared to be what we wanted, but it really wasn’t. I never saw anyone swim off the beach in the week we were there. Luckily, there were good snorkeling places at Rum Point and we had a great vacation.

Quiet beach condo

Quiet beach front condo on bay. Nice clean beach with some wading until grassy areas good for snorkeling. Restaurant on site was very good. Easy access to Rum point and Starfish beach. Twenty to thirty mins to plenty of restaurants. Condo has everything we needed except shampoos, soap, bug spray. Very clean and nice setup with lanai with table and chairs. Would go again.

An awesome area.

We loved our two week stay at Kaibo. The condo had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and beach were perfect for the grandkids. Eating at the Yacht Club , on the beach under the stars was so relaxing. Everyone was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this condo. We had a family trip to be remembered always. Thank you Robert for all of your assistance. Everything went so smoothly.

Perfect!

We loved staying in this condo! Everything was perfect - inside and out. My husband and I traveled to Cayman with our young adult son and this location worked out well for us. It was away from (and yet a manageable drive to) the maddening crowd (cruise ships and the 7 mile beach) but with plenty to do in the area. The condo is immaculate and perfectly situated with a full view of the ocean through enormous windows, and just a step out the door to the pool and beach. The owner, property manager and cleaning staff were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Kaibo Sunset B17

We have stayed on the Island many times and Kaibo is our place of choice. It is off the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach and we find the quiet beach and beautiful water more relaxing. Starfish point is a short walk away. There are miles of beach walking. Rum Point is a short walk by road. We saw parrots in the trees. The property itself was well maintained and the owner and property manager were prompt to answer any questions and accommodate us to make our stay the best possible. There were beach sand toys, kayaks, charcoal grill for our use, the TV in the bedroom had all the cable channels which was a nice bonus. Everything we needed was provided.

Wonderful condo

Great location if you want to relax away from all the crowd from 7-mile Beach. The condo is comfortable and has everything we needed and more. We loved the Infiniti pool and the fact that Caz provided kayaks and bikes for us to use. We biked to Starfish Point a lot and took the kayaks to the bioluminescent bay, which was very neat. We stocked on groceries on our way from the airport, and caught some tuna while deep sea fishing, so having a grill on hand was a plus for us. 7-mile Beach is beautiful and we drove to the Cemetery Beach a few times , which is great for snorkeling. Our flight was canceled on our way back, and the airline put us at a hotel for 3 days on 7-mile beach. After experiencing both, we are so glad we choose to stay at Run Point. It was way more relaxing and ideal for our family.

Nice Condo and amenities

Overall we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the smoke alarm was chirping every minute. Had to call property manager and they took care of it. But the internet was out, and we told them about it on arrival, but it was never fixed. Also had an issue with the air conditioner dripping in the utility closet last day we were there and we let the PM know. Nicely furnished condo. We enjoyed the area near the water. We kayaked down to Starfish point. The pool was nice too. Overall our stay was great and we really loved the Grand Cayman Island.

Nice spot away from it all

Very nice, comfortable, well-equipped condo on the quieter side of the island. It’s all about location. We walked down the road to Starfish Point every night to watch the sunset, and enjoyed the Rum Point beach bar & snorkeling sites on several occasions. Nice for couples or families who want to cook for themselves and have a quiet vacation (like us), but very limited restaurant or “night-life” options — except Tuesday nights when the Kaibo bar has a beach bbq with live music. Many folks enjoying the pool and hot tub, calm sandy beach lagoon for the kiddos. Our only “complaint” was that the kayaks are k-mart quality, pretty unstable (and we are experienced kayakers), so maybe best to rent nicer ones from the beach vendor. Overall, as long as you don’t expect the 7-mile beach experience, it’s a great spot!

Best condo

We’ve stayed at many condos around the world and so far this was the best. In addition to being clean, which most condos were, this condo had many nice features suggesting that the owner was very thoughtful. Those included hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. so we didn’t have to bring/purchase our own. The manager was very responsive via emails. He even brought us a big kayak when requested. There are several nice restaurants and grocery stores that are within 25 minutes by car, and the Starfish Point was right next to us! The pool was nice and shallow enough for young children (4 feet) and the enclosed balcony was a nice spot for breakfast. We really enjoyed staying there!

Great, relaxing family vacation!!

We had a great family vacation at your condo. EVERYTHING was just as shown in the pictures. The location is very quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation. We did venture over to Seven Mile beach area to shop and eat out a couple of times, but we always looked forward to coming back to the quiet side of the island. Your condo is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rent in this area. We enjoyed the beach barbeque at the Kaibo restaurant. We went snorkeling from Rum Point and visited the stingrays( some enjoyed that more than others.) Booking was easy and the owners/management staff were all very helpful. Our family hope to get back very soon!! The only recommendation I would have is curtains in the bedrooms as it does get very bright , but we are early risers so it did not bother us. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Grand Cayman Stay

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We loved the location, the pool and the beachfront being right there. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed for cooking, including a convection microwave & coffee maker. There were only a few minor items that could be improved upon. The master bedroom is warmer than the rest of the unit, so we needed to have the ac lower to accommodate for it. We had some issues with the cable box that made tv viewing difficult (the on site property manager, Joshua was great overall-very responsive for all questions & arranged for the cable company for a visit etc.). There are items in the storage unit that are available for use (kayaks, bikes etc.) but everything is a tight jumble and not terribly organized. As mentioned, these issues were somewhat minor in the overall picture and we really enjoyed ourselves.
