These brand-new cabins are located near a wooded area right on beautiful Sodus Bay- at Oak Park Marina & Resort in North Rose, NY. Experience the down-home pleasure of Adirondack-style vacationing- with all the conveniences of home! Settle into fully furnished cabins spacious enough to sleep 6 people. Guests are required to bring their own bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets) and towels.

Brimming with Adirondack charm, these 500 sq. ft. cabins offer a living room (w/ queen-size futon) , bedroom (w/1 queen-size bed, 1 bunk bed), full bath, modern kitchen, complete with refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven, along with a private open deck, picnic table, and access to a shared gas grill and shared fire pit.

Guests are invited to use the swimming pool and hot tub for poolside fun, as well as yard games and a children's playground where kids can climb, slide and swing to their hearts' content. A putting green, shuffleboard court, foosball and ping pong tables, picturesque gazebos overlooking the water are also on-site.

Enjoy our on-site seasonal restaurant:
The Saltbox Smoke House. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday's 4-9pm and Sunday's noon- 5pm. (hours subject to change)

Come by land or by Sea! Boat dockage and motorized boat rentals are available for boating fun on Sodus Bay or Great Lake Ontario. Kayak and Paddleboat rentals are also on site!

This is a NO SMOKING and NO PET facility. A coin-operated laundry facility is located on premises.

I booked a 2 night last minute getaway for myself and boyfriend at Oak Park based on the proximity to Chimney Bluffs and Sodus Point, as well as the description of the property. I am giving this review 4 stars because the cabin itself was immaculate and the restaurant onsite was delicious. This property is not a resort by any means. This is a marina, first and foremost. The cabins do not overlook the water, they actually look into a boat "graveyard" with dilapidated, old boats and unused trailers, somewhat hidden behind arborvitae trees. The check in was hands off, which we appreciate; however, the pin number to access the cabin was the last 4 of my phone number which was written on the check in sheet and out for anyone to see. This caused some unnecessary anxiety once night came. We made the best of the stay, but all in all this was overpriced and the description of the property, misleading.

Lovely stay

Oak Manor Marina

The cabin was very neat and clean. The rest of the property was in disrepair. We had limited use of the pool due to algae and time restriction. Staff was sparse if you had a question and were lucky enough to find someone. Cabin deck has no shade and wasps were a problem. Steakhouse on the property is only open 2 days per week none of the three days we were there. Nearby food establishments were also only opened limited days with limited hours. Wi-Fi was not working the entire time of our stay. The website has not been updated for two years and the photos of the Inn are very misleading.

Cute cabins

The cabins were adorable and clean. I slept on the pull out coach and that was alittle hard, could use a padded cover. Grounds were nice, clean, and enjoyable. Might be nice to either offer multiple fire pits by cabins or centrally locate it because I think the cabin closest to it thought it was theirs leaving their stuff by it even when they weren't using it. Overall no complaints and wish we could have stayed longer to use more of the offerings. Nice place!

Cabin in parking lot.

The cabin was clean but tiny and sitting next to a parking lot with boats and a marina. . There was no beach and no access to the water. The pool was nice but all the pool chairs were broken. The kayaking was fun but water was full of weeds. Way overpriced.

Relaxing Rural Area

Cabin was clean and just enough for our last minute getaway. A little small for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Could have used a few more hooks for drying towels, more comfortable seating and an additional pan or two for nights cooking in. Many restaurants were closed early in the week so we had few options. Short drive to Chimney Bluffs, 2 wineries and Sodus Point. Grounds could use a little maintenance - amenities are not all as advertised, shuffle board area overgrown, pool chairs cracked, canoe/kayak launch area could use some TLC. An open fishing access area for cabin guests would have been nice to have.

Peaceful setting

The cabin had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and peaceful. The pool was clean and nicely maintained. The only negatives for me was the toilet was too low to the ground in the cabin and the shower was very slippery. We would definitely stay again though.

We had a great time on our family vacation, love the view it was so peaceful and relaxing kids didn’t want to leave! The Cabin was very clean and well kept up with. We will definitely be coming back thinking about renting all the cabins out for the rest of my family 😊

Wonderful 4 nights away

My husband and our teen boys had a wonderful and relaxing time while staying here. The 4 cabins are spaced enough that we neither heard or barely saw our neighbors during our stay. We got great use of the pool-most times it was only the 3 or 4 of us there. The only less than perfect was the WiFi situation. We were never able to connect to the internet for whatever reason we didn't fully understand. The boys rediscovered fun without electronics so it really was fine. More of an inconvenience for myself as I had work that needed to be completed.

The cabin was extremely clean!! We were a little disappointed that at how the cabins over looked a dry-dock Marina.. wasn’t the prettiest.
