This unique house has a style all its own. Decorated with warm and stylish décor with a beach splash. This home is a newer build, early 2021. It is located in a cozy, quiet neighborhood, but yet close to malls, stores, restaurants, etc. We are approximately 20-25 minutes from the beautiful Venice beaches and 10 miles from the Punta Gorda beaches and 45 minutes from Siesta Key beach! You can also enjoy your private heated pool that features a covered lanai and large Blackstone grill. Come relax and enjoy a great experience!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
