We are approximately 20-25 minutes from the beautiful Venice beaches and 10 miles from the Punta Gorda beaches. You can also enjoy the pool off the back of the house that features a covered lanai. Come relax and enjoy a great experience! Sit on the lanai and drink your coffee while listening to the birds in the morning. Take a swim in our heated salt pool. Perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a lanai, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available on request.

Serenity and a heated pool!

Our stay was a wonderfully relaxing vacation in this well-equipped pool home. We had a question about the pool and Larisa was kind enough that she came to visit us in person to answer our questions. Fantastic customer service. Our top two requirements for our vacation were (1) excellent mattress, and (2) excellent pool. BAM, we got both of these and so much more! Hoping to return next year.

Great Central Location

Great location to easily access Punta Gorda and the many beaches along the Gulf. The pool and lanai were beautiful. Quiet neighborhood.
