At first glance this is a very unassuming property. There are several other hotels nearby that look much newer. However - if you are driving through and need a clean and friendly place to stay at a reasonable price this is it. The staff was very kind and welcoming, the room was very clean - and even had complimentary bottled water and snacks welcoming you into your space. Breakfast was well done and available early as we needed to hit the road right away in the morning. Really - I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the Hospitality Inn. Clearly the owners and staff love and care for this hotel.

Clean rooms affordable price

Beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Arrived late and checked out early basically just slept and took a shower. The snacks in the room was awesome and appreciated

The property looks dated on the outside but is super clean and nice on the inside. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again. My babies loved all the fireflies that surrounded the hotel at night as well!

Excellent stay!

As the saying goes, “Don’t judge a book by its cover “. When we first pulled in, we had second thoughts because the outside doesn’t look all that great. You can tell it’s old. When we entered the lobby, we were very pleasantly surprised! Clean, updated, and very nice. The room was also very clean and updated! Excellent hotel!

A surprise in North Platte!

Despite being just off the interstate on a holiday weekend the room was very quiet. Though an older building the room was very clean and bright. And smelled clean. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and accommodating. It reminded me a lot about trips from when i was much younger so it brought back a lotof good memories. I will certainly stay there again.

Staff at check in was nice and prompt. Room itself has room for improvement. Our door handle did not seem to close fully when you check to see if it’s closed completely it feels loose and the door never fully clicks closed. Since it was summer time there were a few bugs in the room flying around like mosquitoes. Me personally not a big fan of the full sized windows. Price was ok for a Wednesday night but for the quality could’ve been a little less.

Upon arriving there was a jack hammer noise and we were told they had water leak and the water may have to be shut off. Not what you want to hear after 700 mile travels Pennys diner is next door and is also a dump

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with some updates. Complimentary snacks and water were in the room. Quiet night with no problems. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and lots of pastries. No scrambled eggs or meat. Very beautiful plants and flowers in breakfast nook and around property. Nice place for travelers.
