We had a great time during our stay at this condo. My family and I love staying at Waterpointe II every summer and this unit was very nice, updated and clean. We can't wait to return next summer!

Small, but worked out just fine

We love this area of North Myrtle Beach! The condo itself was a little smaller than we were used to (very small bathrooms, living room/dining room, tiny washer/dryer, small balcony because it is kind of split in the middle due to the footprint of the building) - and I blame myself, as I must have missed the square footage information when booking), but it served its purpose and worked out just fine. Still giving it five stars, just want others to know what to expect. Very clean and nicely decorated! The indoor pool was a huge plus to get our girls out of the sun after hanging out at the beach. The building is next to some smaller homes, which made for a less crowded beach. Very close to Barefoot landing, which is very convenient. Elevators were very efficient and the grounds were kept very clean. We would return to this building in the future, as long as we don’t add any extra people (we had 3 adults and two young girls). Thank you for another great beach vacation!

Beautiful and comfortable

This condo was a perfect place to stay on our beach vacation. The location was perfect, the layout and decor were very comfortable, and we really felt at home on our vacation. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Condo experience

The condo was clean. There were a few stains on the couch. The master bedroom bed mattress was very bad for sleeping. The view was great! It would have made our experience better if they had beach chairs available we were never able to rent any they were always gone. The check in process was hectic because you had to go pick up a key in previous stays we just went to condo/rental. I would rate overall experience ok only because of bed and unable to actually sit at the beach and checkin process. The condo was clean and roomy the upgrades were nice.

Great family beach vacation

Renting the property was great. They even had a special process for checking in late and checking out early for distant travelers. Location was beautiful. Plenty of activities to do within short drive.

Perfect getaway and perfect view!

Easy check in, easy to find. Condo had beautiful view and was bright and airy. Everything we could have needed was provided for our stay. Very happy over all!

Great Location & Great Stay

This was a great stay, especially for the cost--I'd certainly give it 5/5 for what we paid for an 8 day 7 night stay. The views are beautiful, the living room and bathrooms are newly remodeled, and the common areas (lobby and pool) are clean with hand sanitizer readily available (thanks COVID for making us note such things). The only thing I would have liked to see would have been available cabinet/ pantry space set aside in the kitchen. We had to shuffle things around to store some items and try to remember where to put it all back and even then had a bunch of stuff just sitting on the counter all week. For my family, this was pretty much all we needed. For those a bit more nit picky, I'll also note that the beds were not comfortable at all. For me, it was just a downside, but for an older/ more broken person, I could see it being a total barrier to sleep. Also, the place is clearly in transition with the living room/ bathrooms/ flooring being nicely remodeled, but the kitchen and bedroom closets haven't had their turn yet. BONUS: Beach equipment was provided--that was a lovely surprise (or detail I missed). In short: 5/5 if you're regular people looking for a great time at the beach. If you need the life of luxury, maybe this isn't your place.

Beautiful and comfortable

Beautiful and comfortable, was clean everything was nice and had supplied everything you would possibly need. Loved the corner with the extra windows you could see so much of the beach even inside. The only negative I would say and it’s not terrible is the beds were all very uncomfortable mattresses aren’t high-quality but everything else was wonderful
