Primary Bedroom Suite - a stunning ocean view and direct access to the rear covered porch, the primary bedroom is positioned in the rear of the home with its own private full bathroom. Enhance your experience by opening the custom plantation shutters and listen to the sound of the ocean waves. There is an oversized closet with hangers and dedicated prep area to get ready.

Bedroom Suite 2 - Located in the front of the home, this bedroom features stunning décor and a custom accent wall. A closet with hangers will serve as temporary storage during your stay while a full bathroom is just outside of the bedroom door.

The Parking Arrangements:

Free parking is available in the dedicated parking lot in front of the building on a first-come, first serve basis. There are additional parking spaces below the building. Parking underneath the building can support a MAX clearance of six feet, eight inches (6` - 8`)
◾Primary guest must be 25+ to book.
◾Motorcycles and golf carts are strictly prohibited.
◾Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00p (EST) through sunrise.
◾As per HOA guidelines and for the safety of our home and neighbors, absolutely no smoking, firepits, grills, or other fire-related use are permitted on any of the outdoor decks and patios.
