Such an easy, short walk to the beach. The home was beautiful, we did have some small issues but Emily was very quick to respond and help resolve any issue we had. Would stay here again!

Great property

The property was in a great place right by the beach. Check in was super easy and the owner kept great communication and made sure that we had everything we needed. There is plenty of space in the home for bigger groups. We had clients with wheelchairs and had plenty of room,

Fruit Flies and Flies

All though the property was clean upon entry, there were gnats/fruit flies & flies. We reached out to the property to ask if there was some spray on the property for gnats & flies and there wasn’t but they would send maintenance out to spray the unit. Someone came out but looked around the outside. Afterwards we went to grab some food to bring back and didn’t realize how severe the issue was until trying to eat and we couldn’t eat in peace. My granddaughters chose to eat in the car. We were told that maintenance was coming soon to spray. When maintenance came, he gave a choice between 2 sprays and proceeded to hand it over as if he was not going to spray the unit after being told that maintenance would. One of my granddaughters room had a spider coming down from the ceiling which set a different tone. She wanted to room with me instead of her room. My daughter went out to buy things to attract and kill the fruit flies. That seemed to help some but there were still flying around. We were able to checkout the next day due to a lag in communication about having the option to cancel the reservation. So we ended up having to pay for a day. This was very exhausting but we were able to find another place to finish out our vacation. We were blamed for the fruit flies by maintenance from bringing our things in the unit but pest control confirmed that this was an issue with the pipes and the another unit was complaining of the same issues.
