Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and is within walking distance to the Cherry Grove Pier or enjoy the nearby marsh nature trail on 53rd. This 5-story beach retreat is in a secluded setting and is a perfect place for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by ocean front pool. This 1st floor 3 bedroom / 3 bath ocean front condo features a fully equipped kitchen, DW, washer/dryer, WiFi, and private ocean front balcony with covered parking available. Living room and master bedroom TV's are Samsung with Spectrum cable boxes. Haier DVD player/screen in 3rd bedroom. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.

Almost great, but….,,

The condo itself was amazing. It was clean and had plenty of room. It was a little far from most activities/restaurants than I prefer but there was easy enough access to a few stores for necessities. The one thing that upset me was that the beach is NOT handicap accessible which, had I have known this in advance, I would not have booked it because I had a handicap family member with me. It is difficult to get to the beach even with no physical problems but if there is any issue with mobility, you won’t be able to get over and down the dune to get to the ocean.

Very spacious

This is an older, but well maintained property. The condo was clean and pleasant. Small appliances need updated, such as coffee pot and toaster. Property has an elevator which was a plus since I am handicapped. A bathroom for every bedroom was wonderful! Pool clean and maintained. Only complaint I have is I am handicapped and beach access from the property is over a steep dune. So keep that in mind if you struggle with walking. Other then that a very pleasant place to stay.

Nice place in Cherry Grove

The room was as described. We did have trouble with the key pad and access code getting in. There were ample supplies, we cooked in and grilled out all week. The walk to the beach is challenging due to my bad ankles and knees, but worth the trip to enjoy the beach. My son caught his first saltwater fish from shore, very exciting, the pier was closed due to storm damage. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Great property & location

Plenty of room for our family, nice pool and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked; and the kids enjoyed the movies and TV in their room. We enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future.
