The view is perfect, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The condo is spacious, however, the balcony Is small with only two chairsStocked with quality knives, silverware and pans, but, no pantry items, like s&p, foil, Tupperware, etc. I'd stay again!

Overall Enjoyable

The condo was nicely decorated and looked newly renovated. Overall it was a good stay with the location and space. Only downfalls are that the laundry was barely usable. We'd try to run a load and it sounded like the washer was going to bust through the wall. The beds were stiff, not a problem for some. I recommend brining a pillow and nice blanket. They had them but they were pretty thin.

Maintenance of property is an issue

First, I would like to say, I did enjoy my visit, however, I would definitely not lease this property again. The problems with the property were apparent upon arrival. The stairwell was littered with trash and the carpeting on the stairwell was filthy and in need of replacement. The pool walls were full of black mold spots. Broken beach chairs were scattered about. While there were enough parking spots, parking was extremely difficult. The only way to successfully exit a parking spot was to back into your spot. if you did head-in parking you would be extremely challenged to exit without hitting someone else's vehicle. My daughter's brand-new Explorer was hit by another tenant while there. The condo itself had a newly renovated kitchen and all bathrooms were renovated as well. The beds were also quite comfortable. Unfortunately, these were the only positives. The patio doors were a mess! The tracks were so rusted, we struggled to open them. We ended up pouring oil in the tracks which helped, but the living room door would not lock or fully close because it was uneven. The seals on all of the patio doors were broken so they were completely fogged up. This ruined the promise of having an ocean view. This was especially upsetting! The washing machine spin cycle did not work properly and it shook hard and loud even with only 4 or 5 articles of clothing in it. Lastly, the living room couch and chair was uncomfortable. Multiple blind slats were missing as well.

All about Location

The ocean and the pool were each a few steps away, and plenty of services and activities were a short drive. However, the condo itself left much to be desired. The kitchen was barely furnished, pots and pans were all scratched up, I had to buy a cake pan to make brownies and a cookie sheet. Fortunately we brought our own blender and electric griddle. Also, no pot holders. The sliding glass door to the porch was almost impossible to open, took a lot of wrestling. The beds are made with flat sheets on the bottom, and only a very thin spread, no blankets so bring your own. We were forced to buy some at Walmart. Also, the outdoor carpet throughout the front entrance was extremely dirty. Be aware if you are on the second or third floor that there isn’t an elevator, which is fine if you’re young and athletic. We’ll spend a little more next time for a decent place to stay.

I had an excellent stay at Sea house villas. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location to the beach was convenient and great for exploring the surrounding area. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to make my stay special. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 5 stars and I look forward to returning!

Great getaway

We stayed in the Sea House Villa B2. It was immaculate. Very clean and perfect for what we were looking for. The location was great being so close to the beach and Main Street N. Myrtle Beach where there is lots of shopping and restaurants, and the little winding walk to the beach was nice. The amenities were awesome, and we loved the way the towels were folded in the bathroom when we first got there. There were only 2 things that were an issue for us. The mattresses on the beds are really hard. That was fine for some of our group, but others had trouble sleeping. Just a personal preference thing. Then, there is a big dip getting into the parking lot from the road. Not a problem if you have a bigger SUV or truck, but we had a minivan with a ground package and a smaller car that both scraped when trying to get in/out of the property. These were minor issues, and not enough to NOT give a 5-star rating, because the rest of the villa was absolutely awesome!!
