Happy Hours is a fun and pet friendly 4 bedroom home located on the channel at 43rd Avenue North in Cherry Grove. This well maintained original beach house has stunning views of the beautiful marsh and channel. There is easy beach access just a street over from Ocean Boulevard. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath channel house is in a popular section of North Myrtle Beach called Cherry Grove, where families enjoy spending a peaceful and relaxing vacation while enjoying the sunrise and sunset over the spectacular Atlantic ocean.

Happy Hours comfortably sleeps 10. This house is not on ground level. You must walk up steps to enter this home. When you enter this rental, there is a living area followed by a dining table and bar. The living area has a TV and comfortable seating. The dining table seats 6, with 4 additional places at the bar. The large kitchen is equipped with all appliances, pots, pans, cookware, dishes, etc. to help prepare a favorite family dish. There are 2 bedrooms on each side of the living area. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a personal vanity. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. These 2 bedrooms share a jack and jill style bathroom with a tub and shower combination. On the other side of the living area are the other 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a personal vanity. The fourth bedroom has 2 full size beds and a TV. These 2 bedrooms share a jack and jill style bathroom with a tub and shower combination. This home also has a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and free parking.

When exiting the kitchen to go outside, there is a huge deck with lots of room for relaxing and admiring the gorgeous views of the salt marsh and channel. On the ground level is more outdoor furniture for lounging. A charcoal grill, swing, an outside shower, and a fishing sink are beneath the house.

Enjoy your favorite morning beverage or evening drink on the deck overlooking the channel. Bask in the warm Carolina sun and enjoy some of the widest and most enjoyable beaches on the east coast as you stroll along the shoreline. You could walk for miles! Whether you want to ride the waves or sunbathe; no shirt, no shoes, no problem!

After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it in North Myrtle Beach. Live entertainment, or a place to dance the night away, can be found on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. From one end of Main Street to the other, enjoy the many unique shops to pick up some vacation souvenirs. Main Street has many restaurants and places to enjoy some great food and an ice cream treat! The Greg Rowles Legacy Theater is a new entertainment venue that has become the talk of the town and favorite for locals and vacationers! Located on Main Street, check out this venue for all ages. 4 parking passes are provided. This is a family oriented rental. No students or student groups please. The minimum age requirement is 25 to rent. You must be at least 25 to check-in.

Departure clean and linens (bath towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, and bedding) are included in the price of your rental.

This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
