Oceanfront 5th floor Corner Condo - Booking Summer 2024 Fast!

Oceanfront three bedroom with beautiful views. Enjoy the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach in this oceanfront end unit. Well decorated and comfortable with plenty of space for the entire family

The L5 condo is located on the 5th floor at the end of the hall. It is a direct oceanfront corner unit that has windows in the living area and queen bedroom. The master bedroom and living room have direct oceanfront access with an oceanfront balcony and wonderful view. The condo has a full kitchen, three bathrooms, TV's in all bedrooms and the living area, updated bathrooms and much more.

Crescent Sands at Crescent Beach has an outdoor, oceanfront swimming pool which opens Easter each year and closes on Oct. 31. There is a locked lobby with two elevators, grills and picnic tables for owners and guest.

If you are interested in two units on the same floor we also rent unit H5. The VRBO number is 1345452.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Cleanliness is important

Upon checking into condo, we found dust/hair balls rolling around on floors. We doing dirty Q-Tips in vanity drawer. Nasty liquid soap on bathroom counter. Packaged soaps were in disarray on bathroom counters. We went to rental office where they promptly called someone to clean up our unit. Clean up was satisfactory and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay. We accidentally left a jar of quarters under the large table. If they were found O would appreciate a phone call. I have a friend who lives down the street and they can pick them up for me. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay as my who family enjoys Crescent Sands and will be returning next year.
