Ocean Pier IV is a raised 3 story condominium complex on stilts (NO ELEVATORS). Just down the beach from the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier and closely located to Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theater & House of Blues. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view, sunrises and sunsets from your private patio, or take a short walk down on the ocean and sink your toes in the sand. Centrally located to some of the area's best restaurants and entertainment, you'll never be at a loss for things to do. Whether you are looking for a quiet night in or an action-packed evening out, this location has it all. Making it the perfect place to spend your vacation.

The Space:
Ocean Pier 4 was built in 1980 and is a 3 story building with multiple staircases for convenient access.. Ocean Waves is a 2BR/2BA Condo located on the 1st FLOOR of the raised 3 story building (There are NO ELEVATORS on the premises) You MUST be able to climb the stairs.

BED & BATH

The Master Suite has a King size bed, two nightstands, dresser, chair, closet, flat screen TV mounted on the wall with cable access and a private full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, two nightstand tables, chair, flat screen TV mounted on the wall with cable access. The guest bathroom is in the hallway.

LIVING AREA

The living room has a sofa with a queen sleeper, two sitting chairs, end tables, coffee table, Flat screen TV

Keyless Entry

- 2 Parking Spaces are ALLOWED. You will have 2 parking passes in the room on your arrival. These parking passes will need to be displayed in your cars while at Ocean Pier 4 and then placed back in the condo upon your departure. There is a $25.00 replacement charge for missing parking passes.

The Neighborhood:
Ocean Pier 4 is just steps away from the Ocean and very close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Here are some of our suggestions: Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Blueberry Grill, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, Myrtle Beach Tanger Outlets, Joe's Bar & Grill, Hamburger Joe's, Greg Norman Australian Grille, Olive Garden, Long Horn Steakhouse and lots of other restaurants.

Getting Around:
Car, Uber, Taxi or Walking

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

- Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed inside the home of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc.

- Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!! No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

**YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned home and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 9:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- An EXTRA charge of $50.00 will be charged to you if they are not taken care of!!

There will be a CHARGE for any non-washable stained or ruined linen!!

Please DO NOT USE OUR WHITE LINEN TO REMOVE MAKE-UP!!

DO NOT WASH OUR WHITE LINEN WITH OTHER ITEMS!! Please help us keep our white linen white and avoid any DAMAGE FEES!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
