Palmetto Dunes #302 is a 3BR/2.5Bath Condo located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of this Oceanfront Building in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This property has been updated with new furniture and has been freshly painted in 2025 throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to cook your favorite meals. The living room has plenty of seating too.

You will love relaxing on the furniture on the screened in porch watching the ocean waves. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or your favorite cocktail in the afternoon. Right downstairs there is a great pool for you to enjoy. There is plenty of lounge chairs to catch some rays.

The Primary bedroom in Palmetto Dunes has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a Double and a twin. There is plenty of sleeping space for any size family. There are also 2 full bathrooms and a half bath for your use as well. The condo also has its own washer/dryer in the unit.

Palmetto Dunes is located near so much to do and it is walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Take a walk on the beach and head over to Main Street for some ice cream or listen to a band. Shop at the beach stores for some souvenirs. You will love this location! It is also close to Highway 17 so it is easy to get to all the attractions in the area.
