The balcony is currently under construction and will need a renovation, at the time you arrive it might not still be finished, rest assured that it is already being addressed and may take some time. The balcony is accessible however, please note that it will be under renovation and can be accessed from the master bedroom as well. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: POOL CLOSURE
Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The project is expected to last until the end of March.
During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.
