This beautiful 3rd Floor at Marsh Villas is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Sleeps 6 Condo with 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a couch that folds out into a bed to sleep additional people in the living area. We have full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach!

From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings! The bedroom is equipped with a TV and two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

Relax by the pool, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, and enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do! We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

NOTE: The building doesn't have elevators. Stairs only.
* The dishwasher isn't working at the moment. A new dishwasher has been ordered and waiting for delivery. Please do not use the dishwasher.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

I was impressed. The place was bug free and clean. There condo isn't a 5 star resort and has some cosmetic outliers but everything functioned properly. For what we wanted out of the place, and what we got, it earned 5 stars. Recommendations would be to add some better cookware and replace the board games. Great place to stay and cost effective considering its right across from the beach.
