Spectacular 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom OCEANFRONT Condo with Breathtaking Views. Our newly updated 2nd Home Unit is located on the 5th floor of Avista Resort. There is nothing between You and the view and sounds of the Ocean from the comfort of the OVERSIZED BALCONY.

For your use, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences and many appliances you would expect in a home of this quality. The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom, and private entrance to the main balcony. The second and third bedrooms feature 2 Queen-sized beds with bathrooms of their own. The living room includes a Smart TV, sleeper sofa with ample seating, new rocking recliner, and of course that Amazing Ocean View as far as you can see. This balcony is furnished with chairs and table, perfect for outside dining and relaxing with Family and Friends.
*All linens are provided* as well as having an in-unit LG Single Unit Front Load 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.2 cu. ft. Heat Pump Vent less Dryer available located in the Kitchen Closet.
*Also provided are paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toiletries, etc. included in rental rate*
We do have Free SECURED Wireless Internet Available.

During our busy season, our weekly rentals check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm thru the following Saturday check out time at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.
Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 3-night minimum.
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.

The condo offered the perfect amount of space for us and had everything we could need available. The views were amazing and the rooms had a good amount of space. It was great to have access to the pools and ocean right there. A lot of shops and restaurants were within walking distances too, so it was nice to be close to everything. They had enough dishwasher pods, and garbage bags which was nice because a lot rentals don't have this. The owners were super nice and easy to work with. They called me and checked in multiple times before and during the trip, which was so nice to be able to discuss any questions we had. We loved our week there and would recommend this rental to others.

Spring Break Fun 😎

The owners of this resort are fantastic!!! They reached out to us as soon as we decided to rent their home. They checked on us through the stay to make sure the accommodations met our needs. In addition, the Avista Resort has a great staff that welcomes you as soon as you check in. All the areas are clean and well kept. The resort rental was 3 bedrooms that is well stocked with the basic needs and CLEAN. We were able to cook an Easter dinner for 6 people with ease with the well-equipped kitchen. The large balcony was a great place for us to gather, chat, and relax. Easy access to the beach. Definitely planning to rent this property again when we return!
