Take it all in on the ocean front balcony with expansive views over the Atlantic Ocean, Waties Island and Hog Inlet Point. Our second floor, two-bedroom condo offers you these spectacular and panoramic views to enjoy with your morning coffee as you plan what fun you and your family might enjoy during your stay: Splashing in the ocean, swimming in the pool, fishing along the inlet for flounder or bluefish, or just relaxing on the balcony, by the pool or on the white sandy beach. Just a short drive from top area restaurants offering seafood, steaks, BBQ, Mexican cuisine, and more. If you prefer to stay in and prepare a meal, our fully stocked kitchen offers cookware, dishes, utensils, Keurig Duo coffee maker (pods and coffee pot-which ever you prefer!) along with updated and full-size appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave). Settle into the waterfront and serene master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and plantation shutters, should you choose to sleep in, along with a private full bath with a shower. The second bedroom offers plenty of space for a queen and a twin bed. A Guava Lotus Travel crib is available upon request as well as an inflatable full bed. Please be sure to request at the time you make your reservations. The second full bathroom (tub/shower) is only steps away. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms. Complimentary wireless internet is provided. The complex features private gated parking and swipe-card only access to the pool for our guests. We provide our guests with chairs, umbrellas and the typical kids’ beach toys at no additional costs. Please bring your own fishing rods and make sure you get a SC recreational fishing license to be legal. While this condo is located on the second floor, there is no elevator and, consequently, it is not handicap accessible. There is a strict NO SMOKING, NO VAPING and NO ANIMALS policy in the condos. Smoking is permitted only in the designated areas of the complex. A coin laundry is located in the complex. Bedrooms offer ceiling fans and Samsung Smart TVs where you can watch the provided Spectrum Cable or log into your own streaming services. There is also a Samsung Smart TV in the living area. Also provided for you is Wi-Fi, cable TV, a starter set of paper products, central heat & AC, contactless check-in and out, BBQ grills at designated area in complex (charcoal). The cleaning company also provides linens. Just bring your bathing suit and beach towels and enjoy the sunny beach!
