We are on a rare large double-lot with historic live oak trees and steps to the beach. The Public Beach Access begins at our property. The unit is newly renovated; we opened up the patio so you can enjoy the ocean views and the cool sea breeze—centrally located minutes from golf, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. We are dog friendly, with each unit having a locking gate for the front patio/balcony.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
