Congratulations on planning a beach vacation! Here's a description of my condo:

-Resort with indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, restaurants, pool bar, hot tubs
-In a nice, safe area of Myrtle Beach walking distance to restaurants and shops
-Air conditioning and heat

I'm looking for guests that:
-Will take care of my condo
-Will not cause damage
-Will not attempt to bring too many guests
-Reserving guest must be at least 25
-No smoking/vaping
-No pets

If you are looking for a condo like mine (above) and you are a guest that fits the above description, please choose my condo! My condo is meticulously-clean and we stock all necessities that a guest normally wants. Our resort has 4 hot tubs, a lazy river, indoor pool, racquetball court, saunas, 3 outdoor pools, a children's pool and an oceanfront tiki bar and grill. This is a private rental which means you are booking with me, the owner. Please note that private rental guests are not permitted to use the on-site arcade,Town Center restaurant or fitness room. I'll give you a door code and on your vacation day, you can skip the front desk line/frustration and just let yourself into the condo using your code on the keypad. No one will enter the condo during your vacation so it's more relaxing for you (no pre-maid cleaning, no leaving the room when you think cleaners are coming, no hiding your valuables or worrying about it). My condo has games, books, cards, cooking spices, nice towels and sheets, laundry supplies, shampoo/conditioner, and lots of cookware, flatware, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker and slow cooker. We have 2 new smart TV's and good cable, free wifi and free parking in the parking garage.

Our condo is on the 9th floor of the B tower. The B tower allows you to see the sunrise. The 9th floor is wonderful because it's not so high that guests are nervous to be on the balcony but it's high enough that you will have a stunning view of the ocean and beach.

Our condo is well-cleaned before each guest.

We give our guests a list of the favorite restaurants, popular activities and nearby grocery stores.

The resort is really fun! Our guests can enjoy the four outdoor pools (3 are heated), 3 outside hot tubs, lazy river with tubes, tropical pool area and tiki bar and grill. The resort also has a heated indoor pool, sauna and indoor hot tub.

From the condo, you can walk to 21 Main, Hamburger Joe's, Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Joe's Bar & Grill, Native Joe's (ice cream and coffee), Longhorn Steakhouse, Nacho Hippos, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater, Blueberry Grill, and much more.

Please note: If you see my condo advertised on Craigslist, it is fraudulent (we do not advertise there but scammers list our condo sometimes!). Please also note that beginning in 2026, guests are not allowed to bring motorcycles or trailers.

There are 2 steps in the condo between the hallway and the sunken living room/kitchen. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility issues and are deciding whether the condo will work for you.
