The property is beautiful. The check in process to pick up keys and such is not convenient. We picked up after 5pm and had to go back the next day to show ID which I could have and t a picture. Check in at 4 and check out was drop keys at 10am so we had to leave at 930. That’s crazy to me.

We have had better experience at this resort.

The property was beautiful. Unfortunately, the management didnt deliver to make sure thw property was cleaned and stocked properly. When I texted the company as soon as I arrived that there was no toilet paper, towels, trash left in bathroom bins and lot of hair on the couch. I was informed they will send a cleaning crew which never happened. All i recieved was 2 small toilet paper rolls for our 4 days vacation stay. And we had to clean the place ourselves. I never recieved anymore communication from ITrip. This was a horrible experience from this company.

Sunny Vacation

Very pleased with this 2nd Floor Oceanfront 2 BD/ 2 BA condo. Was initially concerned about the view but it worked out perfectly! Check in was a breeze and this unit was well-appointed and convenient particularly since it is on the 2nd floor -- no long waiting periods for the elevator. Will definitely return!!

Great location and amenities!

The space was great and the location was even better. We loved being on the second floor because we had a one year old who needed to take naps, so it was nice to be able to go out on the balcony while she slept and listen to music playing at the pool! The only downside was that the place was a little dirty, the floors didn’t seem to be cleaned, there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and there was a large bug in the shower. It wasn’t anything that ruined the vacation for us, but the cleaning services should be reevaluated so that they can make sure everything is clean before the guest gets there.

Nice condo at North Beach Resort

The condo itself was very nice and the process for check-in and check-out was well explained. There were a couple of minor issues (light bulb, etc) that were repaired quickly. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is two-fold. Our first issue was cleanliness of the floors. When we arrived the floor was gritty and we ended up buying a Swiffer wet jet and re-cleaning the floors. There were also major dust bunnies and leftover shoes/socks and hair clip under the guest beds. However, the beds themselves, living areas and bathrooms were all very clean. Our other issue was the aggressive wording on the instructions for check-out or lost articles. I think that was unnecessary and was in the back of our minds the whole trip. Maybe that was your goal, but we felt it was very harsh and did not leave a good impression. Property was as advertised and the second floor location was very convenient for loading/unloading and getting to the pool deck. If you want to be at North Beach Resort, this unit is a good choice.

Great Place

We come to North Myrtle Beach every year and stay and North Beach Resort . I am so glad we booked with this property. The room was clean and had everything that we needed . My kids enjoyed the games that was in our room. I highly recommend this place for your vacation. We will be staying here again

Been staying in Myrtle Beach over 20 years

worst condo I have rented in 20 yrs. I don’t know if it’s the owner or the 3rd party they use. This property is not family friendly whatsoever.. adult only pools but smoking right in the doorway? Read the itrip “rules” basically it says something along the lines of pay to check in early and if you don’t then don’t ask also don’t call with less than 24 hrs notice! Ok I get it, probably could’ve been worded a little more appropriate but ok… check in 4pm, got it! 3 or so, we get notification the property is ready. We go get the keys,(obviously already paid in full) park quick to run in, the room is filthy,Tub is filled with towels, beds dirty not made. Contact the number on the paper 3x before we get someone.. they say they’ll send someone over. Someone shows up saying “No one is supposed to be here until tomorrow… owners were here and didn’t leave enough time to clean” We told them, we paid, checked in, someone gave us keys, i don’t care whose fault it is. Are you cleaning it or refunding? Finally he says his managers coming but it’s the owners fault and they’ll message when it’s clean. 2 more hrs we are sitting there no response so we go check and it’s clean. Then I run out, we have a note saying I forgot to display the tag and will be booted in 15 min then you have a bunch of tiny Kia’s in the same “oversized lot” taking up all spaces. Finally we get an email next day saying we’ll be getting some voucher. Yea got it day before we left 1/2 pools either off or being renovated
