You'll be just steps from the sparkling saltwater pool - the largest one in South Carolina - and only a short walk from on-site tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts. A complimentary, summer season shuttle offers pick-up and drop-off at the beach or Barefoot Landing. Golfers in the group can tee it up at one of the resort's four, professionally designed golf courses. Great local shopping, dining, and off-site attractions are all within minutes of home.

Updated laminate flooring throughout and a new sofa in the living room as of January 2025 now grace this condo making it fresh and inviting, with vaulted ceilings, strong natural lighting, and cheerful coastal tones creating a pleasant and relaxing ambiance for home comfort. A private balcony offers a breezy perch for coffee and cocktails. A TV and sofa are ready to welcome family gatherings in the living area. Both bedrooms also include TVs for added flexibility. The freezer in our unit was not working, which also affected the temp of the fridge. It took 3 days and several phone calls to get someone out to look at it. Food wasted and a lot of aggravation. The customer service number takes you overseas and they will swear up and down that they have “put a ticket in”. It wasn’t until, by chance, that I found a local phone number that anything was actually done. And no compensation given for the food we had to throw out.

Starting with location, I will admit that it was a good area for us. We have stayed in the area before, expecting to experience a similar stay, which we did enjoy before. Sadly, our dealing with management (Vacasa) proved to be difficult. At first glance, on the surface the place look fine. As we started unpacking we noted there was a total failure in cleanliness. Therefore, before we started storing our food or using any of the kitchen tools or appliances, we had to personally clean the cabinets, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. As for the rest of the house, it could use a through cleaning. Our dealing with the property manager, proved to be a constant challenge. Although Vacasa were quick to apologies and be sympathetic when called. We had to constantly chase for answers or results to our request in solving simple issues. Only after visiting the office and speaking with a live person, did we se results. We had a damage coffee machine, no large pots for cooking, no hair dryer and the code to have access to the Tennis/PickleBall court, to name a few. We did receive a new coffee maker and large pot after our first week there. As for the Tennis/PickleBall court, after multiple text message over three weeks, we finally got a code to access the court. Unfortunately the code provided after all this time was incorrect. So we gave up on dealing we this issue.

Very nice property

Nice property, however not steps from the pool. Trying to get ahold of a local person was confusing. Overall, would stay there again. Not my first time in the area, all in all great property
