We recently flipped this beautiful 1st floor condo for you and your guest. We hope this will accommodate everything that is needed while you stay. The location is perfect. The beach is just a few steps thru spacious access. You will be between 2 piers that will provide fishing, eateries and bathroom facilities. You might want to check out the exclusive golfing community as well as all the other activities you and your family can enjoy. The pool awaits you for you to relax in.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Clean Unit

There was some work going on at the property but this was not the unit owners fault. It’s in a good location and beach across the street. The unit was clean.

Not impressed for the price

The ad said just remodeled but it looked more like throw together. The parking was a nightmare at our room. In one email she told me the wrong unit number. The hot water pressure is iffy. One minute almost warm then the next second scalding and then back to almost warm. I understand that it could be because this is a hotel room not the condo I was expecting from pictures
