We absolutely loved this place! We would gladly stay again! The property was beautiful and welcoming for our small family with 1 small dog. It was located so close to the beach that we went daily. Only 30 mins from the boardwalk. It had everything I needed in order to cook which I gladly took advantage of since kroger was a 5 minute drive away. There were a ton of restaurants near by also. Super grateful there were a washer and dryer, they came in handy. We did need to go buy a small bottle of tide but that was like 4 so it was fine. Overall the place was perfect. We could not have asked for more and look forward to come back next year!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was so cute and clean!! Very close to the beach and a nice neighborhood. Loni was sure to keep in touch and give us great recommendations for food and coffee spots! I definitely recommend.

Beach getaway

This is our second time staying at Loni's beach house. It's in a great location nestled in a quiet community just across the street from the ocean. The house is clean, comfortable and makes the perfect beach getaway. The house comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach which is great so you don't have to bring beach toys, chairs, wagon, and umbrella. We bring our pup with us on our vacations because well he's part of the family too. If you are looking for a nice quiet beach house you and your four legged family members can enjoy this is the house to book! Thanks for another great stay!

We’ll Be Back

We had a great time staying here! Prime location in North Myrtle which is definitely more family friendly. Close to outlet shopping, food and entertainment. Literally one block from the beach so no hassle finding a parking spot. The house was spotless and well supplied. The owner went above and beyond in handling a minor check in issue. When I come back to the area, we’ll be booking here for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to the beach and the neighbor was very quiet. We would definitely consider staying again. The host was very kind and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed and kept us posted on things that were happening that could affect our stay (ie grass mowing.)

Perfect Little Beach Spot

We loved staying here! Perfect place to bring your pups with a side grass area for potty breaks. Great location, away from big hotels. Not having to pack chairs, umbrella and wagon was a huge plus! We’ll definitely be back!

Hidden Gem

We’ve been visiting N Myrtle Beach for over 30 years and the last 13 with our kids. We’ve stayed ocean front and in condos. This year we had to bring our old dog with us for the first time. Loni’s Beach Cottage was the PERFECT location for our stay. We were here for 2 weeks and felt “at home” the entire time. The place was beautifully cleaned, nicely appointed with new appliances and was just a 3 minute (easy) walk to the beach with super easy access and plenty of space once you get there. The shower pressure was great and we loved the outdoor seating area and grill for nights we decided to stay in. Loni was extremely responsive and attentive. We will be planning to stay here again, for sure. Thank you, Loni!

Wonderful location

Terrific location near the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner was diligent and in contact with us. She was very responsive to some concerns we had. Check-in was simple. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. Having a full size washer and dryer is a big plus.

Clean and great location

You may not think much of it when you drive up but this place is very clean and updated. They have done a great job. Easy walk to the beach! They even gave a beach cart you can use to haul all your stuff. I would highly recommend!

Loni’s Beach Cottage

Very nice cottage that has a Great location and walking access to the Beach. Everything was very clean, well organized, bright and colorful. Nice view and you can see the Ocean from the den window. Nice back/side lighted yard area with basket swings, chairs and charcoal grill. Dog friendly with dog bowls and very nice neighborhood with sidewalks for walking your dog. Well lighted neighborhood so late walks are very nice and safe feeling. There is a grassy spot right behind the cottage that is great for doggie to use just remember doggie bags (a must in the neighborhood). Close to many nice eating places and events. Overall a very nice vacation cottage, dog friendly, friendly neighborhood, great beach with walking distance, close to many restaurants and events.

Great Stay and Location!

The property was perfect for our family trip! The house is about one block away from the beach. It had everything we needed, including chairs and toys for the beach, with a wagon to haul everything in. The house was clean and the owner was great with communication, and was helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants! Overall, we had a great visit!

We came down to watch my granddaughter play softball in a tournament from college. The location and size of the condo were perfect for us. My dog even enjoyed his stay and we were thrilled to be able to bring him. I would strongly recommend renting from these people.

Great Beach Cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths

Traveled to N. Myrtle Beach for family business purposes. This cottage served me well, especially since dogs were permitted. Originally, two dogs were planned, but only one stayed. Short walk to the ocean that you can see from the upstairs living room of this cottage. Beds are comfortable with smart TVs in each room. The cottage is nicely updated and well decorated for the beach with lots of white and blue accents. Parking spaces in front accommodate compact cars much better than trucks or SUVs.

We really loved the condo. The place was true to its online pictures and I would even say better! Incredibly welcoming, clean, extra blankets. The kitchen and bathroom has everything needed and more, so many perks. It did not feel like a sterile rental, on the contrary, it was like going home or visiting family. Location is incredible. Very quiet neighbourhood. The beach 1 block away is unbelievable. All communication with the owner was excellent too. We stayed for almost 2 weeks with our little dog and it was so comfortable that we would love to go back. Thank you so much Loni for this memorable week.

The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen stocked with all that was needed. Outdoor seating with the egg chairs was so nice. The shower inside was the best shower I've ever used...great pressure. Having a full size washer and dryer was nice for us using our big towels on the dogs after a walk on the beach and rinsing off with the outdoor shower! We will def go back when we have a chance

Vacation at Loni’s was outstanding. This was a very nice property. Very close to the beach. Only had to cross Ocean Blvd to walk to the beach. Loni, was very helpful in making this a great vacation. She even recommended places we could eat or visit.

Cozy Convenience while in area for Softball Tournament

The property was very nice. We chose this particular property due to it being dog friendly and proximity to the beach. We were in town for a 4-day weekend to play softball but wanted to try to fit in some family vacation time. We were able to bring our two Golden Retrievers and not have to board them or bother our family at home to care for them. Beach access is only a block away, so we were able to walk back and forth easily. The property owner was very responsive. The dryer was not working properly, and we needed to be able to wash/dry my daughter's softball uniform daily. I messaged the owner, and it was repaired within hours. The property basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc.to get us started. There were chairs, toys, and a cart to use at the beach. Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!
