There is no carpet in this condo; all beautiful flooring. Sea Castle has a three level parking garage and there is additional off-site parking across the street from the building. There is no charge for parking. There are 2 parking spaces allowed per condo. Motorcycles are not allowed on this property. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking condo. Families only. No student groups. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
