Oceanfront Corner Three Bedroom Condo - Crescent Towers I 701

This spacious beachy condo is located on the oceanfront corner so you have one of the best oceanfront views of the beach in North Myrtle! The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is located beside the hall bathroom. The living room is also directly oceanfront with direct access to the oceanfront balcony.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers I Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Enjoyed our week stay. Great location and plenty of space for the family! The floors were sandy in places, and the area rug seemed to be neglected. Other than that, nice place at reasonable price. Definitely considering for next year:)
