Other Things to Note
✓ Please follow all HOA rules/postings during your stay. (HOA rules are posted in
the lobby level near the elevator)
✓ Guests must be 21+ to book
✓ Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM
✓ No smoking or vaping (up to $1000 fee applies for violations)
✓ No parties or events allowed
✓ No illegal substances
✓ To minimize wear and tear on the walls and doors, please do not bring carts in the
condo.
✓ The HOA does not allow pets or emotional support animals.
✓ The HOA does not allow golf carts, RVs, motorcycles, or trailers.
✓ The HOA prohibits hanging items over the balcony railing or storing items (beach
equipment, etc) in the hallway.
✓ Parking Garage has a clearance of 7 feet.
✓ Limited oversived parking available on a first come first served basis. Oversized vehicles or those equipped with roof-mounted luggage racks may exceed this height and may not be able to enter.
✓ Please leave the parking passes at departure.
✓ Firearms are not allowed. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
✓ We strongly suggest guest(s) obtain travel insurance.

Pool / Hot Tub / Lazy River Disclaimer:

✓ You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
✓ Children always need to be supervised.
✓ No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool.
✓ There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
✓ If you used any pool bracelet(s) during your stay please leave them in the condo to avoid being charged a $50 replacement fee.
✓ Use of the pool and hot tub is subject to maintenance and HOA regulations. The host cannot guarantee availability during your stay but will make every effort to provide advance notice of any closures. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool or hot tub is unavailable due to HOA restrictions or maintenance.
